Twenty Six 3 Properties, Inc.
Twenty Six 3 Properties, Inc. is a non-profit organization started in late 2017, with the mission of affordable, safe housing for those in need. This can include both transitional and permanent housing, in Columbiana County and beyond. Based in East Liverpool, the organization hopes to reach into other counties in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia as well. Twenty Six 3 Properties, Inc. works in conjunction with the Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA).
Current focus projects of Twenty Six 3 Properties, Inc. include:
Mission 26:3 -- Renovating an existing building in East Liverpool to create permanent apartment-style housing specifically for military veterans. They have sacrificed so much for us, we think it is important to “give back” to them in whatever small way we can.
Center for Hope -- An after-school program for children ages 5-18, operating in both East Liverpool and Wellsville, which offers homework assistance, a computer lab, a snack/meal, structured play, and more. The Center for Hope is open to both children who live in CMHA housing and members of the public that fall within the age range.
Education -- We are also working to develop an education-based part of the organization, wherein we work with potential future homeowners to prepare them for home-ownership. This could include basic home maintenance classes, budgeting classes, and more.
The organization has numerous other future projects in mind related to housing and homeowner education.
